Manufacturing Time

* Unless stated otherwise, all of our items are made to order. Consequently, your order will be ready to ship approximately 1-2 weeks after your payment has been received and all diamonds\gemstones characteristics had been approved by you.

* During a SALE, orders are shipped within 2-3 weeks of receipt of payment.

* Custom designed jewelry will be ready to ship approximately 1-2 weeks after your payment has been received and models approved by you.

Please note – shipping time is provided to us by the carrier and we can hold no responsibility for any latency made not by us.

– All of our shipments are fully insured.
– Shipping time does not take into account the time required to prepare your order.
– A tracking number will be sent to you once the order has been shipped, to enable you to track your parcel independently.

Payment Methods

– Our website prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD).
– We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards. 
– We also accept payment through PayPal.
– For Diners, Discover, and American Express credit cards – please choose PayPal gateway for payments with these cards.
– You can also contact us for bank money transfer instructions.

Customs & V.A.T

– Value Added Tax (currently at the rate of 17%) will be added at checkout for customers from Israel.
USA Customers: have a free trade agreement with Israel, so there will be no Customs charges for you. YAY!
– Customers from all other countries are responsible for any local taxes, VAT or duties, as imposed by their country of residence.

Changes and Cancellations

– You can request any change or cancellation to your order within 48 hours of purchase.
After 48 hours of purchase and before it was shipped to you:
– if you change your ring size, you will be charged with sizing fee of 30 USD.
– if you cancel or change your order to a different design – you will be charged with a cancellation fee of 100 USD.


– Jewelry is packaged in an SHAKED | COHEN branded fancy jewelry box.

Customer Service

We do our best to answer your messages as soon as possible.
Please note that Fridays & Saturdays are a weekend days in Israel and our two days off the Studio. So if you’ll write to us on Friday or Saturday, we’ll most likely answer you on Sunday.


– If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the item. We will give you the return address + our shipping instructions.

you will be responsible for all shipping costs for returning your item.
– To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

* All returns or cancelations are subjected to Israel costumer protection regulations 2010 and  costumer protection law 1980.


– Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
– A refund will be issued, crediting your credit card or original method of payment.
– Shipping costs are non-refundable.
– all our products are made to order. you’ll be charged with a 250 USD handling fee – if you decided to return your order after receiving it.

Custom designed jewelry and jewelry with diamonds\gemstones that was specially picked for your request and approved by you prior shipping it to you– are not refundable.

The security of your personal information is exceptionally important to us. To protect your personal information, we take every needed precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
